ABOUT ME  INSIDE AND OUT...Inside the classroom- I attended California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo, California. I graduated in June 2011 with a major in Journalism and a minor in Psychology. During my junior year of college I studied abroad in Torino Italy for one semester, where I focused my studies on Cultural Differences and International Marketing. While in school I worked as a reporter and producer for a weekly new show. I worked as part of a creative team, developing Spec Ads and campaigns. In my final year of school, for my senior project, I created a digital magazine. The project examined the major influences and criteria that drive college students toward a particular medium of storytelling. More specifically, the goal of this study was to develop a digital magazine that would adhere to the interests of Internet consumers. through the compilation of case studies, journals, surveys and historical research, I honed in on the aspects that matter the most to my demographic.Outside the classroom-I spent four years working for a small online business. Starting off with little responsibility, they allowed me to start exploring my interest in copywriting. I helped them change their name, change their image and created a slogan for them.SageDiaper "The wisest way to cover your baby's bottom"After graduating, i moved from California to Boston. Here I have been working for a magazine, Scene Magazine. As an intern, my work there includes; writing, editing, creating headlines for stories, placing advertisements and talking with clients. |

Flower Song.mp3 I listen to music every spare second I can. It motivates me, inspires me, and often gives me some grounding.
